KO YOUNGHOON
Gana Art presents Beings in Flow, a solo exhibition of Ko Younghoon (b. 1952), on view from August 20 to September 21 at Gana Art Namsan. Emerging in the 1970s Korean art scene where abstraction was the dominant current, Ko presented his extraordinarily realistic images, establishing himself as a leading figure who opened new horizons in contemporary Korean painting.

Gana Art is pleased to present 𝘈 𝘛𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘴 by Sufan Oh (b. 1946). This exhibition brings together around 30 drawings from his ongoing series titled 𝘋𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘶𝘦, which follows the progression of his previous series: 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘝𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘺, 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘝𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, and 𝘋𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘶𝘦.

가나아트는 변승훈(b. 1955-)의 개인전, 《滿空: 비움으로 가득한》을 2025년 8월 1일부터 8월 24일까지 가나아트센터 ‘Space 97’과 ‘공예관’에서 개최합니다. 이번 전시는 변승훈의 대표 연작 를 중심으로 오브제 작품 총 50여점을 선보이고, 지난 40년간 분청사기의 현대적인 변용을 탐구해온 그의 작업 세계를 한 자리에서 감상할 기회를 제공합니다.

SHIOTA CHIHARU
Gana Art is pleased to present Return to Earth, a solo exhibition by Shiota Chiharu (b. 1972), marking her first solo exhibition with Gana Art in three years since In Memory (2022). Based in Berlin, Shiota has exhibited extensively around the world, with recent solo presentations at Le Grand Palais (France, 2024), Nakanoshima Museum of Art, Osaka (Japan, 2024), and the ICA Watershed (USA, 2025).

Andrew Moncrief
Gana Art is pleased to present “Moment Point”, a solo exhibition by Canadian artist Andrew Moncrief (b. 1987), who is based in Berlin, Germany. Moncrief’s practice originates in an exploration of social themes such as queer identity, masculinity, and body idealization, gradually expanding toward metaphysical inquiry and interior sensibilities, through which he has developed a distinct visual language.
