Companions

Gana Art is thrilled to present “Companions,” a heartfelt exploration of camaraderie, intimacy, and the joy found in human-nature connections, from the artist’s closest domestic animals to animal-inspired icons that frequently manifest in the artist’s work. This exhibition brings together six artists, each offering a unique perspective on the theme through various mediums. Including sketches, mixed sculptures, and paintings, each artist brings their distinct voice and artistic approach, enriching the narrative of companionship through diverse styles and techniques. The show delves into the nuances of companionship—both real and imagined—capturing moments of laughter, remembrance, and fantasy. From vibrant paintings that evoke memories of shared adventures to sculptures that embody the bonds of trust and understanding, the artworks celebrate the beauty and complexity of human-nature connections and companionship. Through this collective endeavor, we aim to create an atmosphere of warmth and contemplation where visitors can engage with the essence of friendship in its many forms. We hope that our artworks inspire moments of reflection, gratitude, and recognition of the profound impact of human connections.

Companions

가나아트는 작가와 가장 가까운 반려 동물부터 동물에서 영감을 받은 형상에 이르기까지 인간과 자연 사이에서 발견되는 동지애, 친밀감, 행복을 탐구하는 그룹전 《Companions》을 개최한다. 본 전시에 참여하는 6명의 작가는 스케치, 조각, 회화 등 다양한 매체를 통해 주제에 대한 독창적인 시각을 펼친다. 이번 전시는 웃음과 추억, 환상의 순간을 포착하여 현실과 상상의 동반 관계를 탐구한다. 나아가 함께한 순간의 기억을 떠올리게 하는 생동감 넘치는 회화부터 신뢰와 이해로 맺어진 유대감을 표현한 조각까지, 인간과 자연이 연결되는 아름다움을 그리는 작품들을 선보인다. 다양한 형태의 우정을 통해 따뜻하고 사색적인 순간을 선보이는 본 전시가 인간 관계의 깊은 영향력에 대한 인식과 성찰, 감사의 계기가 되기를 바란다.
